Memorandum of Understanding Signed Between Brazil Ministry of Health and the University of York

A Strategic Partnership Agreed

The Global Health and HFACT teams at the Centre for Health Economics at the University of York were delighted to host Everton Macedo Silva, the Director of the Department of Health Economics, Investment and Performance and Vitor Lima, Policy Officer, from the Brazil Ministry of Health. Mr Silva and Mr Lima met with Pro-Vice Chancellor for Research, Matthias Ruth, to sign a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU). 

After the signing of the MOU, Mr Silva and Mr Lima met with CHE’s Global Health Team to discuss the potential for further collaboration and opportunities. During their visit at the University of York, Mr Silva and Mr Lima also met online with HFACT colleagues at FIPE to give an overview of plans for impact evaluation work that our colleagues at the University of São Paulo will lead.
